The Zodiac RIB boats are equipped with a removable tube. This unique system from Zodiac is patented and offers you the option to always order a new tube.
The tube is pulled into the polyester hull of the boat by means of a slide-in-string.
The larger RIB models from Zodiac have a second attachment at the rear of the tube, the so-called tube support that must be placed in the recess at the top of the polyester hull.
Sometimes this attachment is damaged or torn out. The cause of this is often sailing with a tube with insufficient air pressure.
It is important that this tube holder / tube attachment is properly mounted at all times while sailing so that you can enjoy your Zodiac RIB for longer!
Depending on the type of tube of your Zodiac RIB, you can choose from a tube support made of PVC material or Neoprene Hypalon material.
